On Monday, March 31^st, AGFG will be hosting a public meeting to announce the vendors they have selected to provide demonstrations of the system they proposed in response to AGFG’s Claims system ITN.

Please note that during this meeting, AGFG will not discuss internal deliberations. Decisions were made based on how much effort would be required to customize the proposed systems to AGFG’s needs, what features the proposed systems provided, and cost.

FIGA and FWCIGA seek a vendor to perform claims auditing services for closed and open claims. The majority of the audit will involve FIGA claims which are Property and Casualty. There will also be a limited number of FWCIGA claims that are workers’ compensation claims. The Invitation to Negotiate specifies the response date as well as other important dates.  Interested parties are to reply within the specified dates.

2025 Invitation to Negotiate Claims Auditing Services

The American Guaranty Fund Group (AGFG) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop an online platform to enhance the exchange of information and business transactions with members of the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA) and the Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association (FWCIGA).

AGFG is a service company created to provide management and administrative services related to all post-insolvency claims filed with FIGA and FWCIGA.  The selection of a successful respondent and the execution of an agreement will be accomplished in accordance with Part II and Part V of Chapter 631, Florida Statutes, and the entities’ Plan of Operations.

The American Guaranty Fund Group (AGFG) held a meeting to answer questions potential respondents had to AGFG’s Invitation to Negotiate for a Claims Management System on February 25, 2025. The recorded video of the meeting is below.

AGFG Claims Management System ITN Respondent Conference

One question asked was how many claims and/or documents would be transitioned from AGFG’s current system to the proposed claims management system. All historical claim data will be transferred, totaling 1,371,019 Claims. Documents attached to claims that are open or have been closed within the past 90 days will also be ingested into the new claims management system. As of February 28, 2025, documents from 3,908 claims will be moved over. This number is subject to change.

AGFG is the management company for the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA) and the Florida Workers Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association (FWCIGA).
