The American Guaranty Fund Group (AGFG) is issuing an Invitation to Bid for security assessment services in 2022. AGFG is the management company for the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA) and the Florida Workers Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association (FWCIGA). The detailed scope of security assessment services is included in the Invitation to Bid document. Parties may apply by responding to the Invitation to Bid through the “Contact Us” tab or by contacting Network Administrator, Jeremiah Burns at 850-386-9200. The Invitation to Bid opened on May 14, 2021. The deadline for submitting written questions for the Invitation to Bid is May 28, 2021 at 5:oo pm EST. The deadline for submitting bid response is July 9, 2021 at 4:00 pm EST.
American Guaranty Fund Group (AGFG) is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing audit and accounting services. AGFG is a service company created to provide management and administrative services related to all post-insolvency claims filed with Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA) and Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association (FWCIGA). The selection of a successful respondent and the execution of an agreement will be accomplished in accordance with Part II and Part V of Chapter 631, Florida Statutes, and the entities’ Plan of Operations.
